Blue Spill hops on-board with 72 Films for their 3 part documentary-drama series Royal Bastards: Rise of the Tudors.

We are taken back to the Dark Ages for this 3 part documentary-drama series, where the origins of the Tudor dynasty and the Wars of the Roses take front stage. Blue Spill worked closely with Director Julian Jones and 72 Films in creating a bold and consistent look for the graphics throughout the series, designing a variety of elements such as maps, family trees & organograms, document translations as well as VFX.

A total of 60 graphical & VFX shots were delivered in HD using an ACES workflow (Delivering REC709) in Adobe After Effects and Autodesk Flame
